Town Centre Coordinator Business Mount Barker
This was a contract to deliver marketing, communication and place making services for the business community of Mount Barker in the Adelaide Hills.
The project’s main focus was to increase awareness of Mount Barker as a shopping destination, in particular the CBD retail shopping precinct. Deliverables included media and public relations services, management of creative contractors, provision of ad-hoc business marketing consulting to over 350 businesses in the Mount Barker CBD, and working with business and local government leaders to deliver promotions.

 | A major achievement was the Tinsel Town Christmas Retail Promotion, a concept developed and delivered by Ali Atkinson. The promotion was multi-faceted and included a retail shop window competition and attractions to entice shoppers to do their Christmas shopping in Mount Barker rather than travel to Adelaide. |
